On the last Saturday of every month, we will offer donation-based yoga classes in Little Rock's beautiful outdoor spaces. The Fall 2023 Season will be held at the Main Street Pocket Park. Classes are beginner-friendly, and there is no need to sign up. Just bring yourself!
Lidia Conde
Hi everyone, I am Lidia Conde. A Circle Yoga Shala trained teacher focused on increasing variety and quality of movement, especially for those of us that sit for a big part of the day. I can't wait to meet you all on the mat.
Outside of yoga, I am a Tech Sales Manager and you can find me in my home base of Arkansas, visiting my family in Spain, or traveling around the globe. I am a foodie, I love cooking, climbing, swimming and hiking with my dog.
Sam Davis
Sam Davis is a staple in the Little Rock yoga community as the co-founder of Yoga in the Rock and Sixth House Wellness Studio. She recently founded Karma Creative Productions, a photography and media company for fighters, movers, and more. Sam currently serves on the Board of Directors for Yoga in the Rock and is training to become an accredited Yoga Therapist.

Jordan Mims
Jordan will lead a dynamic guided yoga class. There will be strength and flexibility training utilizing the breath in a practice rooted in Ashtanga. At the end of class, there will be a short inversion workshop.
